1. Scope of Services

915 IPS provides low-voltage technology solutions including, but not limited to:

Smart Film installation
BOSE audio system sales and installation
Hikvision CCTV installation
Related consultation and support services

All services are subject to written estimates and project approval.

2. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are valid for a limited time as specified in the proposal.
A deposit may be required before scheduling installation.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

3. Installation & Project Timeline

Project timelines may vary depending on project size, customization, product availability, and site conditions.
915 IPS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather conditions, or unforeseen site complications.

4. Warranty

Products installed may carry manufacturer warranties (e.g., Smart Film, BOSE, Hikvision).
Installation workmanship warranty terms will be specified in the project agreement.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or external factors.

5. Limitation of Liability

915 IPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of installed systems.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their systems according to provided guidelines.

6. Cancellations

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or custom fabrication has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of 915 IPS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable state or jurisdiction in which services are provided.
